Interior Design’s Best of Year Awards—the leading global design awards program—turns 20 this year and now is your chance to be part of its storied history and join the industry’s crème de la crème. Two decades in, the Best of Year Awards continue to celebrate groundbreaking projects and products around the globe, and the creative minds behind them, sending a widespread ripple of recognition throughout the industry so don’t sleep on an opportunity to submit.

This year, in honor of the award’s 20th anniversary, Interior Design is unveiling a Best of the Best category, recognizing innovative work from the past two decades, including previous winners and honorees, as well as yet-to-be-recognized projects and products. That means designers and manufacturers have a rare chance to look back through past work, spotlighting designs with proven staying power.

All winners and honorees will be acknowledged at a festive ceremony in New York hosted by Editor-in-Chief Cindy Allen and live-streamed on DESIGNTV on December 11. Submit early by August 15 for a discounted rate and take note that general submissions close September 12 and late entries close September 19, 2025.
